Owner of the Online Store
The owner of the online store Fiiber (www.fiibershop.ee) (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Fiibershop OÜ (registry code 14150980), located at Tondi tn 37-1, Tallinn, Harjumaa 11316.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These terms of sale apply to purchases made from the Online Store. Prices of the products are displayed next to the products. An additional fee is added for delivery. The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and chosen delivery method and will be shown to the buyer during the checkout process. Product information is presented directly next to the product in the Online Store. Fiibershop OÜ accepts payments in euros (EUR) only.
Placing an Order
To order a product, select the desired item and color and add it to the shopping cart. To finalize the order, go to the shopping cart (“Ostukorv”), fill in the required fields, choose the preferred delivery method, and agree to the terms (“Terms of Sale”, “Privacy Policy”). The total amount to be paid will then be displayed and can be paid via bank link. Fiibershop OÜ accepts payments in euros (EUR). Supported Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay.
Fiibershop OÜ is the controller of personal data and forwards the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
The contract becomes effective upon receipt of the payment in the Online Store’s bank account. If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and all paid amounts (including delivery fees) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of the notice.
Delivery
Products are delivered to Estonia only. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and are displayed with the delivery method.
Delivery in Estonia is handled by Itella SmartPOST and Omniva, and items are delivered via their parcel locker networks.
The Online Store dispatches items to the carrier within 5 business days. Domestic deliveries typically reach the buyer within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Products are not delivered outside Estonia. In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the e-commerce contract within 14 days after receiving the order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must not be used in any other way than necessary to assess its nature, features, and functioning (as one would be allowed to do in a physical store).
If the product has been used for purposes other than what is necessary for evaluating it or shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount based on the decrease in value.
To return a product, the buyer must submit a withdrawal form (available here: [withdrawal form]) and send it to fiibershop@fiibershop.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return costs are borne by the buyer unless the returned item is incorrect or defective.
The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal form or provide proof that the product has been handed over to a carrier within this period.
Upon receiving the returned item, the Online Store will refund all payments made by the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods or proof of return from the buyer, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard, the Online Store is not obligated to refund the cost exceeding the standard delivery.
The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from the sale if the price listed due to an error was significantly below the market value.
Right to Submit Complaints
The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of the delivery.
If a defect appears within six months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, and the burden of proof lies with the Online Store.
If a defect appears, the buyer must notify the Online Store within two months via email to fiibershop@fiibershop.ee or by calling 55611377.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that occurred after delivery.
If the product is defective and the Online Store is responsible, it will repair or replace the item. If that is not possible, all fees under the sales contract will be refunded.
Customer complaints will be responded to in writing or in a reproducible format within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (name, phone number, address, email) only for processing the order and delivering the goods.
Personal data will be forwarded to shipping providers for the purpose of delivery.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email only if the buyer has explicitly agreed by entering their email address and opting in for direct marketing.
The buyer can unsubscribe at any time via email or by following the instructions provided in the marketing emails.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to fiibershop@fiibershop.ee or call 55611377.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. More information and submission forms are available [here].
The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Online Store.
Review of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
